What is I Am Kaizen?
Kai – meaning continuous
Zen – meaning wisdom or improvement
Kaizen is the philosophy of “continuous improvement” in all areas of ones life.
Our community strives to provide simple and innovative solutions for your network marketing business in addition to (not in spite of) one’s family, career, spirituality, education, community, and health.
We believe that network marketing and our Kaizen philosophy offers one of the best educations on how to become an entrepreneur. Minimum investment and time, an individual can be handed a live business model that empowers one to take full responsibility for the growth or decline of their business. Yes network marketing can provide an incredible lifestyle but the true gift is the person one becomes.
We have 4 principles
1. Clear honest communication. – So often our industry (myself included) tends to embellish the lack of work necessarily to succeed. Our philosophy is simple, I would rather have you know the challenges now and have you make an educated decision rather than finding out a year from now after much time has been invested on both ends.
2. Personal Responsibility – We are not in the business of convincing or manipulating. We believe in educating and handing individuals back the responsibility to make their own decision.
3. Internal v External Motivation – Time and time again, studies have shown that external motivation is fleeting. Much like a wind-up toy, flashing lights, money, and cars can only motivate for so long. Our mission is to help you uncover what drives you from the inside.
4. Unlocking Gifts – What makes one person successful in the industry is not necessarily what will work for the next. The goal with our Kaizen community is to help you uncover your unique gifts, talents, and abilities and teach you how to help others to do the same. Generating a large income in network marketing is exciting but getting to use your gifts on a daily basis to serve and assist other people to do the same is a whole new level of fulfillment.
IAK was born out of my own imbalances and in-congruencies. In 2008 with sales sky rocketing, I found myself more and more unhappy. The more money we made the more distractions I needed. Seven days on the road quickly turned into twenty. I couldn’t sit still. I answered phones and e-mails at all hours of the night. Success at any cost, right?
IAK is a tribute to the intensive years spent rediscovering of my values. I cannot express enough gratitude to sage mentors and the unwavering love of family members who helped me to find my way.
We hope IAK provides a safe haven for you to rediscover a balanced life, filled with love, joy, and abundance.

“The traditional path never appealed to me. I always knew that I could never be happy following the old “go to school, get good grades, go to college and get a job” so I could work for 40 years plan. I instinctively always knew there had to be more to an amazing, happy life than that. I remember being told in high school that “these will be the best years of your life, so enjoy it.” Hearing someone genuinely believe that saddened me. As I started to look at more and more people in my environment it became clear that many people felt that way. They had given up on themselves, their dreams and resigned themselves to playing small. I made a decision that I wanted to assist people to know that it was possible to live into their passion and manifest their life of aspiration.
I love entrepreneurship as I belief it represents the infinite power and potential of the human spirit. I am of the belief that happiness, abundunce and bliss are our birthright and natural state. we just need to remember what we really are and discover our power. I co-founded the I Am Kaizen community to have a platform to assist people explore their potential. Entrepreneurship allows people to discover their value, dreams and abilities and have a vehicle to create the life they were born to lead. We are all destined for greatness and I hope to be able to assist you take the next step on your journey towards that.” ~ Gabe Gannam (2013)
